What will you do as a project manager?

You will supervise various technical projects from start to finish. Examples include:

• Mechanical design and overall machine design.
• Starting up or adjusting production lines.
• Construction and infrastructure projects in a production environment.
• Industrialization of new products or prototypes.

Specifically, you will:

• Preparing, planning, and structuring projects.
• Monitor scope, timing, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, production, maintenance, quality, HSE, etc.).
• Collaborating with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
• Assess risks and make adjustments where necessary.
• Ensuring that safety and quality standards are respected.
• Continuously looking for ways to make processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.

In short: you ensure that good technical ideas leave your head and the drawing board, hit the floor, and keep working.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (e.g., electromechanics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.).
• Solid (initial) experience in project management (e.g., as a project manager, junior PM, lead engineer, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you can liaise with operators, engineers, and management.
• You work independently and proactively, with an eye for detail without resorting to micromanagement.
• You take responsibility within your level of experience and dare to make decisions.
