your role as a process engineer
As a Process Engineer for Brightnewday, you are primarily responsible for (part of) the production process. You ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. You monitor and analyze the production process, draft possible optimizations and coordinate projects for continuous improvement. Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to the success of this role.
what we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- First experience as a process engineer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive, with an eye for detail.
- Responsibility and independence appropriate to your level of experience.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
