Your Role as a Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer for Brightnewday, your primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring the seamless transformation of product designs into efficient assembly and/or production procedures. You document procedures and develop essential tools, such as tooling, to ensure required precision and accuracy in manufacturing processes. Effective communication with stakeholders, including R&D and manufacturing teams, is critical to success in this role.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- First experience with manufacturing engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive, with an eye for detail.
- Responsibility and independence appropriate to your level of experience.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Flexible mindset.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
