Change and Improvement Manager

What will you be doing as a Change & Improvement Manager for Brightnewday?

You will oversee a wide range of change initiatives from start to finish for clients in the manufacturing and process industries. Examples include:

• The introduction of new technologies or production methods.
• Restructuring of teams, processes, or organizational structures.
• Initiatives that bring new ways of working to the front lines.
• Change resulting from mergers, growth, or digitization.

Specifically, you will:

• Setting up, planning, and structuring change initiatives.
• Recognize resistance, bring it out into the open, and turn it into support.
• Collaborating with project leaders, technical teams, and management.
• Independently monitor the progress of multiple projects at the same time.
• Understand what each organization needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
• Building toward sustainable change, not a one-time intervention.

In short: you ensure that change doesn't get stuck at the planning stage, but actually takes root on the ground.
